Comments: Bill was the serviceman who visited. He was pleasant, caring, intelligent, explained the situation and fixed the problem efficiently and swiftly. In fact, I thought I needed a new thermostat, mine was very old, but he said that the thermostat was not the problem and did not take advantage of my thinking by pushing on me one of those new digital ones. I would definitely call BFS again. Bill was my hero the day he came; I’d been without heat for almost 10 days!
